Sorry but for your safety and that of our livestock, please do not engage with the cattle or attempt to feed them. They are well-mannered but also inquisitive and guests need to keep in mind they do weigh over 500kg.
Feeding them can cause the cattle harm because of their digestive system may impact their health of that of their calves.

Everything you need for a restful, quiet but still ‘connected’ stay, away from it all. But close to a small rural town with ‘everything anyone would need’, and so much more. Thanks for making our stayover visit to Walcha so much more comfy and special. The stillness (and quiet mooing, or moving about of the moo-moos at night), the stars and that moon-rise !… and the early dawn light and sunrise over that tableland horizon are great memories for us. Well defs recommend you to other visitors.
